What is Avada Boost Sales Trust Badges?
Avada Boost Sales Trust Badges is an app that helps build urgency and trust for your customers. It lets you display real-time sales notifications and trust badges to increase conversion rates.
The Announcement Bar is a feature inside this app that displays a prominent notification at the top of your storefront, letting you communicate key promotional messages to customers in an eye-catching way.

How to set up the Announcement Bar for Order Goal campaigns
Step 1: Prepare your Order Goal campaign
Set up, save, and activate your Order Goal campaign in the AOV.ai Free Gift app. For more details, refer to the Order Goal setup guide.
Step 2: Install Avada Boost Sales Trust Badges
If not already installed, visit the Shopify App Store and install Avada Boost Sales Trust Badges (opens in a new tab).
Step 3: Access the Announcement Bar
In the Avada Boost Sales Trust Badges app, go to Extra features in the left sidebar and choose Announcement bar.
Toggle the feature on, then click Customize to begin setup.
Step 4: Link the Announcement Bar to your Order Goal campaign
4.1 Connect to Order Goal campaigns
In the Announcement Bar settings, enable Connect to 'Order Goal' campaigns in AOV.ai Free Gift by checking the relevant box.
4.2 Choose an Order Goal campaign
Click Add 'Order Goal' Campaign. A list of your active campaigns from AOV.ai Free Gift will appear. Select the campaign you want to promote.
4.3 Customize the bar message
The app automatically pre-fills a custom message and an Order Goal message based on your selected campaign. Edit them to match your store's tone and promotion.
4.4 Set up bar action
In the Bar Action settings, enable Click on Bar to make the bar interactive. You can then configure:
- Clickable link: Direct customers to a specific page (e.g., checkout or a landing page).
- Open link in new tab: Keep the shopping experience smooth.
- Click type:
- Insert a button on the bar: Add a call-to-action button with custom text (e.g., "Check out now!").
- Make the bar clickable: Let the entire bar act as a clickable element.
Step 5 (Optional): Style the Announcement Bar
Choose a design preset or customize the bar's appearance to match your store's branding. You can also choose where the bar is positioned on the page.
Step 6: Activate the Announcement Bar
Preview the bar on both desktop and mobile to ensure it looks correct, then click Save to display it on your storefront.
